I understand that life events and circumstances sometimes mean that appointments cannot be kept. Out of respect to other clients who may need an appointment, and to me as a small business owner, I politely request that you give as much notice as possible when you wish to cancel or change an appointment.
You will be notified by email if you have booked online to remind you of your appointment. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you would like to change or cancel the appointment.
If you do provide less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not turn up, any future appointments will require pre-payment. If you pre-pay for your treatment online and provide less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not turn up, the payment will be non-refundable.
If you arrive late for your appointment, full payment of the treatment will be required even if the appointment has to be cut short (in fairness to clients who may be after you).
